Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of Clren car.

On July 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 20:19, and moved the intersection in front of the E restaurant located in the north-gu, North Korean at the port to the right side of the Gsan Police Station.

In such cases, when a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle reduces speed to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, and when a pedestrian passes a crosswalk, he/she has a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk to check the safety of pedestrians and to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and did not find a pedestrian F who crosses the crosswalk on the left side of the moving direction with the pedestrian green signal from the right side of the moving direction, but went beyond the road with the victim's bridge side on the right side of the vehicle.

In the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered injury to the Victim F, such as cutting a dubus, which requires approximately five weeks of medical treatment.
