Criminal facts

1. Defendant A, at around 21:00 on August 17, 2013, at a singing practice room of “G” located in “G” located in “Seoul-dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-si, and at the same time, Defendant A took charge of the victim’s right hand hand and left chest and walked on the victim’s side while drinking together with the victim H (n, 47 years of age).

Defendant

C kept the instant singing practice room with a beer and beer, etc. to sell to customers. Defendant B, around August 17, 2013, sold 10,000 to A, who was found to be a customer in the instant singing practice room, and 10,000 won of a beer and 20,000 won of a beer and 120,000 of a beer and 2.

4. Defendant C’s sole crime

(a) Any person who intends to operate a singing practice room for a non-registered business shall register with the Mayor, etc.;

Nevertheless, without the above registration, the Defendant operated the said singing practice room from March 25, 2012 to August 17, 2013 in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul.

B. On August 17, 2013, around 21:00, the Defendant arranged entertainment in the instant singing practice room, with respect to the Defendant’s employees B and the Defendant’s running practice room, as above, female employees.
