A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E” for the operation of the Victim D (E) located in the Donnam-do, Namdo; (b) around 12:00 on March 20, 2017; (c) brought a theft by taking cash bags of KRW 606,00,00, which the victim was placed in the West-do household; and (d) committed a theft of cash worth of KRW 10,393,000 in total until April 20, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, or attempted to commit a theft, but attempted to commit a theft.

2. From around 07:00 on April 30, 2017 to around 08:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from “G” located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun; (b) entered the said “G”); (c) had one male head box, one of which contains three million won in cash, owned by the victim on the book, and went to the new vice office; and (d) had three million won in cash.

3. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 21, 2017, 2017, the employees working for the Corporation in the one-time agricultural and industrial complex in the Sinpo-dong Sinsan Sinpo-si Sin Sinpo-si, Sin-si, Sinpo-si, in an attempt to steal money and valuables by intrusioning other offices at the time of the occupation.

A. On March 21, 2017, around 11:51, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure with the intent to steal money and valuables on the “K” building located in JJ, Mapo-si where the victim I et al. works.

2) On March 21, 2017, around 11:55, the Defendant entered the “N” building with L located L for the purpose of theft of money and valuables.

B. Around 12:03 on March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) invaded on a structure; and (b) stolen a building, entering the “K” office as indicated in paragraph (1) of the said A; and (c) stolen a 270,000 won in cash on a wall owned by the victim I, who was on his/her own, into the said office;

On March 21, 2017, around 12:24, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a “ Qu building” in Qu from the victim P, located in Mapopo-si; and (b) obstructed money and valuables to be stolen; (c) did not receive any money and valuables to be stolen; and (d) attempted.
