The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On September 16, 2016, around 21:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim D, who is an employee of the said decentralization, was able to return home to the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol in the said decentralization due to a large amount of lusium.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On March 3, 2017, after filing a prosecution, a written agreement will be submitted to the effect that the victim would withdraw his/her wish to punish the victim.
