Defendants are innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who is working as the vice president of G from February 17, 2014 to April 15, 2016, and was in charge of financial business, such as intermediate payment and design, while working as the managing director of G, and Defendant B, from September 1, 2009 to April 30, 2016, who was in charge of general affairs of managing employees of the limited company with limited liability while working as the managing director of G, and Defendant C, from August 5, 2013 to April 30, 2016.

On July 25, 2013, the victim H, as the representative director of G, established J, K, and L in the form of a limited liability company around August 12, 2013, and established J, K, and L respectively, and appointed I as the managing member, who is the representative of the said three limited liability company, around December 2, 2013, after receiving a successful bid for the N,O, and P block in the third M life zone from LH Corporation in the name of the limited liability company, J, K, and L, from March 2014 to July 2014, the company recruited the members of the limited liability company to recruit the members of the members of the limited liability company, and conducted a "R" order for the commercial building and the sales of the office after constructing three buildings, respectively.

In accordance with the above plan, Defendant Company’s limited liability company J and K opened a project loan in the name of S and O block, had engaged in the R business in Sejong City M M living zone N and O block. On February 2016, Defendant Company’s limited liability company: (a) selected a comprehensive financial securities as a company in charge of financing around Sejong City’s MU in order to promote the project of the P block of Sejong City’s MU under the name of the limited liability company L; (b) entered into a financial advisory contract on loans for project costs, such as meri-type financial securities and land and construction costs, and selected KB real estate trust as a trust company and carried out the project; (c) under the supervision of the comprehensive financial securities, the terms and conditions of the contract to attract a loan paid by the project from the lender were agreed on April 21, 2016.
