1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff each of the attached Table 1 to 4, and 1, among the land size of J 331 square meters in Seosan-si, Seosan-si.

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of 331m2 in Seosan-si Jin-si.

The network L, which owned the above land with K 145 square meters adjacent to the above land, occupied the above part of the land without permission by installing a swine shed on the land of 13 square meters on the part of “A”, which was connected in order to each point of the attached Table 1 through 4, 1 among the Plaintiff’s land by breaking the Plaintiff’s land, and the Defendants are the successors of L.

Therefore, the Defendants jointly have the duty to remove the said swine shed from the Plaintiff and deliver the said land portion to the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment based on the deemed confession based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
