A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million due to a violation of road traffic law in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on December 3, 2012, and a fine of KRW 6 million due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) in the same court on November 21, 2014, respectively.
