A. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, from around 15:15 on June 1, 2012 to around 16:20, at the “E” public morals point operated by the victim D on the first floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s marina business by force by forcing the customers who enter the said business to undergo a disturbance, such as “Isle, Isle, Isle, and anywhere yous?” on the ground that his employees are infinite,” on the ground that his employees are infinite.

B. According to the evidence of the court below, the court below found, pursuant to the evidence of the court below, that the defendant found the above marina shop operated by the victim with his employees under the influence of alcohol at the time specified in the facts charged of this case, and that the defendant stated that F, an employee of the above establishment, who suffered damage to the surrounding persons in the course of preparing for a marina shop in order to take a marina shop, stated that he "balone" was an employee of the above establishment, together with the defendant. The court below acknowledged the evidence of the court below and the records as follows: (i) the defendant and the records acknowledged as follows: (ii) the defendant arrived at the marina shop; (ii) the defendant would have been informed that he would have received a marina club without receiving any specific restraint; and (iii) the defendant would have been able to get a marina club; and (iv) the F, who is an employee of the marina shop, would make it difficult for the defendant to get a marina club after being balpted by the defendant."
