Punishment of the crime
[The Defendants’ position and duties] Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a domestic corporation established for the purpose of importing and selling motor vehicles; Defendant A is a person in charge of automobile exhaust gas and noise-related certification for the aforementioned period from January 2, 2007 to the department of the law and authentication team of the said company; and Defendant C is a person in charge of customs clearance of imported motor vehicles from around October 9, 2008 to August 2015 under the main logistics team of the said company from around 2010 to around August 2015 while serving in the Defendant Company from around April 2015 to around September 2016; and D is a person in charge of customs clearance of imported motor vehicles as the main logistics team of the said company from around April 201 to around August 27, 2015 to around August 2015.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on January 2, 2014, imported the foregoing vehicle without obtaining alteration certification, even though the noise period, which is a noise-related part of the type of the tea, was changed in the open-type warehouse or the distribution center of HI in Sung-si LF G, and the “J”, and the Defendant, from the above day to July 5, 2017, has changed the five exhaust gases or noise-related parts of the 14 types from the above day to July 5, 2017, without obtaining alteration certification, and without obtaining alteration certification as above.
