Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. At around 23:36 on the same day, the Defendant proceeded in three lanes in front of the N Gas station in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, and neglected to perform the duty of ex officio care, etc., and attempted to escape without taking any measure to remove the part of the backer on the left-hand part of the victim's Pone Star driver's Pow driver's PO which is normally in progress in the front bank, from the negligence of neglecting the duty of ex officio care.
