Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for the crime of indecent act by compulsion in Busan District Court’s branch on May 4, 2018, and on the 12th of the same month the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and was notified as a person subject to registration of personal information, and accordingly, the Defendant is required to submit the basic personal information to the head of the police agency having jurisdiction over his domicile

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit personal information to the head of the competent police office within 30 days, even though the above judgment became final and conclusive.
