Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 80,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the Internet shopping mall “C” that sells a double-domestic forgery sports.

1. Where anyone who violates the Customs Act intends to export, import or return goods, he/she shall report to the head of a customs office the description, quantity, quantity and value of the relevant goods

The Defendant intended to import and sell a fake trademark attachment in China, but it was impossible to import the goods in question as they correspond to intellectual property infringement goods, and thus, it was thought that the physicalization of attaching a fake trademark was smuggling by a hand-in method which brings them into Korea as if they were used by a simple person.

On April 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed an order from D to B’s “NIKE”; (b) placed on April 21, 2012, the Defendant entered into the port of Kimpo-air with a e-mail at the age-based e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail; (c) filed a false import declaration with the E-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail - from around 77 times in total as indicated in the “A Customs Offenses List of Offenses against the A Customs Duties” in the attached Form from October 19, 2012 to around 19, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported goods without filing a normal import declaration in such a way as above.

2. No person in violation of the Trademark Act shall transfer, without legitimate authority for the use of a trademark, any goods on which another person’s registered trademark is indicated, or carry, for the purpose of transferring or transferring, such designated goods or similar goods on which a registered trademark or similar trademark
