Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and C previously built the “E” building in Hanam-si D

On January 7, 2016, the F church was awarded a successful bid for the above building at auction, but it did not receive the construction cost of the new building.

1. From January 13, 2016 to January 17, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with C, destroyed the property by using red presses on the pents, the victim owned by the said building, which was installed on the pents and sides of the said building, and damaged the property owned by the Defendant and C, stating the telephone numbers of the Defendant and C.

2. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) and obstructed the work thereof, as well as C, entered the first floor door of the above building from around 18:00 to around February 28, 201, to prevent the victim from entering the building and leaving the building in the above building and leaving the building in order to change the use of the above building to a church.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the above building jointly with C, and interfered with the operation of the victim church by force in collusion with C.
