1. The defendant shall make each of the money stated in the "retirement Allowance" as shown in the attached Table to the plaintiffs and the delayed damages for each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant’s Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information (hereinafter “Credit Information Act”)

A) Pursuant to the Financial Services Commission, a company primarily engages in debt collection and credit investigation business with permission from the Financial Services Commission. The Plaintiffs are the delegation agreements with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant delegation agreements”).

A) Upon entering into force, “the date of entry into force” as stated in the table “the date of withdrawal” of the same table, while performing claims management and collection work from the corresponding date as stated in the table. The term “the date of entry into force” refers to claims collection and credit investigation, claims collection and acceptance and incidental work entrusted by Article 1 (Delegated Affairs) A (Defendants) of the Delegation Contract Act to claims collection Agency. Article 6 (Support for Activities) A may provide support pursuant to Chapter IV (Articles 12 through 14) of the Delegation Operation Regulations. The types, standards for payment, and payment date of fees under Article 7 (Fees) shall be separately stipulated in Article 8 (Termination) (1) of the Delegation Operation Regulations shall be terminated. Article 9 (Definition of Status, Rules of Employment, etc.) of the Delegation Contract shall be terminated if any grounds for termination prescribed in the Delegation Operation Regulations have occurred during the contract period, and the duty of employment under Article 680 of the Civil Act shall be excluded as a citizen of the Delegation Contract who is not a prescribed official under the Employment Rules.

(2) No person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be eligible for delegation:

1. A person declared bankrupt and not yet reinstated;

4. A person under a suspended sentence of imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment;

5. Five years after the dismissal or dismissal from office under the Credit Information Act or other Acts and subordinate statutes;
