1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 93,983,200, Plaintiff B’s KRW 4,865,00, and each of the said money from January 15, 2014.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Authorization and public notice of a private investment project - The second connecting highway C (hereinafter referred to as the "instant project") - The defendant: D public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on March 19, 2010, D public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on April 13, 2010, E public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, and the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on March 4, 2013;

(hereinafter “Appraisal Board”) and the Appraisal Board Co.,, Ltd. (hereinafter “Appraisal Board”) for the appraisal of Plaintiff A’s clan.
C. The court's entrustment of appraisal to the first appraiser H (hereinafter "the first appraiser H") - Compensation for losses: 960,471,300 won for the plaintiff clan, 351,441,600 won for the plaintiff clan, and 351,441,600 won for the plaintiff clan - With respect to the claim for compensation for losses due to a decrease in the price of the remaining land of the plaintiff clan: It shall be determined that there is no price decrease for the remaining land of this case.
