Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

As of September 5, 2018, the Defendant is a person who registered in person with a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media).

A person subject to new registration has a duty to submit the reason and details of the change to the competent police station within 20 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for the change.

1. On October 22, 2018, the Defendant filed a move-in report with the Leecheon-si B apartment C, and subsequently filed such report with the Leecheon-si Police Station on December 20, 2018 after the lapse of 20 days from the date on which the cause for the move-in occurred.

2. On December 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on January 5, 2019, the contact information entered at the time of submitting a written notification of change of personal information to the Echeon Police Station should be changed on January 5, 2019; (b) but (c) on February 28, 2019, the Defendant breached the obligation to prepare and submit a written notification of change to the police station; and (d) on February 28, 20
