Thus, the plaintiff's prescription for the possession of this case was completed on April 28, 2003 after the date of the defendant's registration of ownership transfer.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on April 28, 2003 with respect to the part in possession of the instant case to the Plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
