Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brenren car.

Around 19:00 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant continued to proceed bypassing from the 6th parallel direction to the Onnuri Hospital on the front side of the member-gu, Ansan-si C.

Since there are crosswalks where signal lights are installed and bicycle-only roads, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to check whether those who walk on the crosswalks and bicycle-only roads or those who walk on the bicycle, or those who walk on the bicycle and walk on the bicycle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the victim D’s bicycle riding along the bicycle-only lane on the right side from the left side of the bed bank by neglecting it and neglecting it, and received the victim D’s bicycle driving along the bicycle-only lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of business as seen above, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in a shoulder that requires treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, did not immediately stop the said bicycle and abscond without taking measures such as aiding the victim, even though it destroyed the said bicycle to have a repair cost of KRW 828,000.
