1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 98,91,233 and KRW 46,957,934 among them, 24% per annum from March 21, 2020 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the case in which the Defendant was notified of the date by public notice and did not appear on the date of pleading) on the grounds of the brief description of the grounds (the “Plaintiff” and “debtor” are deemed to be the “Defendant”).
