A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on September 5, 2015, at the “Fgas charging station” located in the Sinnam-si, Sinnam-si; (b) sought assistance from the victim G (30 years of age) who is an employee; (c) brought the Defendant at the above taxi with sirens and joints of goods dangerous to the newspaper; and (d) described the victim’s body one time by displaying it; and (e) by carrying a dangerous object from walking the victim’s body one time, the Defendant assaulted the victim.
