The defendant shall be sentenced to a fine of 1,00,000 won and imprisonment of 3 months with respect to the crimes of 1,00,000 as set forth in the judgment of the court below.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 1 year of suspended execution due to night residence intrusion larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on November 25, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 2 of the same year, but is currently in the Gwangju Prison as the sentence of suspended execution was revoked on September 26, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 05:00 on May 2013, the Defendant: (a) acquired cash 16,000 won, one driver’s license, one resident registration certificate; (b) one copy of the Nong Bank’s physical card; (c) one credit card; (d) one credit card; (d) one LG-based member card; (e) one LG-based member card; (e) one LG-based member card; and (e) one LG-based member card; and (e) one LG-based security card; (e) one Bank security card; (e) one corporate banking card; and (e) one company bank security card; and (e) one bank security card.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On August 2013, at around 12:00 on the date, the Defendant taken up one resident registration certificate of the victim in the bank owned by the victim C, located on the front side in the play room near the 1-dong community service center located in the Seoul Northern-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Gwangju.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded the E hospital located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, into the rest room of five floors; and (b) stolen, with one Samsung mobile phone and one credit card equivalent to KRW 900,000, the market price of the victim F owned by the victim F.
