1. Attached Table 1-A, B, and C
Each real estate described in paragraph (d) shall be owned solely by the plaintiff, and in attached Form 1 D.
(b).
Reasons
1. Each real estate listed in the separate list Nos. 1 and 2 of the facts of recognition was owned by D, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on the ground of inheritance on January 30, 1996 in the name of the plaintiff, E, and F, respectively, in the name of the plaintiff, E, and F on April 6, 207.
On April 6, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the plaintiff with respect to 1/3 shares of E and F among the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2, and on June 7, 2012, the registration of ownership change was completed on December 14, 2011 with respect to E 1/3 shares in the name of the plaintiff only.
On October 23, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 22, 2014 with respect to F-1/3 shares of F-1/3 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and on October 22, 2014 with respect to F-1/3 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, to Defendant C, respectively.

Port real estate is the house in which the plaintiff was living, and the attached Table 1-B and C.
Each real estate mentioned in the port is left alone as the plaintiff spawn spawn spawn spawn spawn.

The port real estate (hereinafter referred to as "G land") is a farming house from around 2015 to Defendant B, and the F, his father, is a father of Defendant C, in attached Table 2-A.
The state-owned land adjoining to the port-owned real estate (hereinafter referred to as “H land”) is growing a dead tree on the I land in Yongcheon-si.

The market value as of July 31, 2015 of each real estate listed in Schedule 1 and 2 is as follows:

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, which created co-owned property partition claim, is jointly owned by the Plaintiff 2/3 and Defendant B 1/3, and each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, is jointly owned by the Plaintiff 2/3 and Defendant C 1/3.
The plaintiff asserts that each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 is owned by the plaintiff, but is recorded in the register capable of presumption.
