A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant first became aware of the victim C (the name, leisure, age 40) at a graduate school scholarship program for North Korean defectors, around November 2014, but the victim refused to do so, and on May 3, 2016, the Defendant was in the principal state of the Defendant.

After the contact with the victim in the E in the Gulju City, the victim entered the G coffee shop in F in the Gulju City, and " wherever the victim does not do so."
