Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2015, around 00:06, the Defendant driven a B-learning car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.110% in the section of 50 meters from the front of the White Village 406-dong apartment road in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Sinsan-si to the front of the 17-dong village in the same city.
