Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1993 to April 2016, the Defendant was a public official of Grade 8 of the Local Facilities Management in the Viewing Sea, and around December 2014, the Defendant filed a civil petition from time to time as a matter of regulating dump vehicles during the performance of duties in the Viewing B.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the front of the viewing hall in the East Sea located in the 77th of the East Sea, was aware of the person in charge of the police who was under control in the game room.

The person in charge is able to give a little fine for negligence in good faith to the person in charge, and the person in charge is asked to do so, and the person in charge is well aware of the person in charge.

In return, C received KRW 50,000 in cash from the stairs of the fourth floor in the East Sea around March 2015.

As a result, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from a public official to arrange matters belonging to his duties.
