The Defendant is a person to be enlisted in active service, who is “B religious organization”.

On February 22, 2014, the Defendant directly received a notice of enlistment in the military training center under the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlistment in the military training center located in Chungcheong City as of April 21, 2014, from the 1stma-3 Busan Metropolitan City, which was the head of the Busan District Military Manpower Office, on February 22, 2014.
