1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 31,474,00 with full payment from July 18, 2017.

Reasons

Basic Facts

The defendant is the council of occupants' representatives of the Jinnam apartment composed of more than 1st to 9th 2,000 households on the ground, such as 631, Namnam-Eup, Namyang-si.

Nevertheless, 10% value-added tax was included in the contract management amount and cleaning service amount that the Defendant partially paid to the Plaintiff.

Contract management contracts and sanitary cleaning management services contracts have been terminated on June 30, 2017.

【In the absence of dispute on the basis of recognition, Gap evidence 1, 2, 3, Eul evidence 2-4, Eul evidence 2-4, and as acknowledged earlier, the entire purport of the pleadings, if value-added tax is excluded, contract management amount shall be KRW 21,747,00 per month, and cleaning service payment shall be KRW 4,30 per month.
