Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on July 25, 2012, at the clothes of C Victim D (year 54) in Namyang-si, the Defendant knished the victim as soon as possible and frighted to the victim; and (b) assaulted the victim with knife the key of the victim’s vehicle used by the Defendant in his hand in order to cut the key of the victim’s vehicle; and (c) assaulted the victim with knife the left shoulder of the victim’s left hand with the key of the vehicle.
