A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with C (C; hereinafter referred to as “C”), D (hereinafter referred to as “D”), recruited members through the Internet page for profit-making purposes, and opened gambling places by providing property or property benefits to persons meeting the last string number of the Rotototo lottery program, and opened a secret c and D’E through D’s facebook North Korea account using the computer and recruited members, the Defendant received 10,000 won from 10,000 to 40,000 won from 10,000 to 40,000 won from the company bank account under his/her own name, and then came to have divided the remaining amount in accordance with the prescribed rules.
