Punishment of the crime

The payment was made as if it were to pay the price.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, ordered the victim to do so, 10 bottles, 1 bottles, 1 week per week, and 1 tobacco at the market price of 85,000 won in its place from the damaged party.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property equivalent to 85,000 won, and acquired property benefits.
On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from around 19:30 on October 19, 2016 to around 21:09, at G 3 head offices operated by the victim F in South-gu E at port, the Defendant provided alcohol, alcohol, etc. to the victim; and (b) provided the cost as if he were paid.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price, even if he was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc., because there was no cash, etc. to pay the price.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was provided with alcohol, alcohol, and entertainment entertainment services in an amount equivalent to 190,000 won in total from the market value of the victim.
