Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of providing property or property benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to a person who has issued (including the issuance through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto and predicted the result thereof, or gambling by using a similar act;

Nevertheless, from November 8, 2014 to March 20, 2015, the Defendant had access to the Defendant’s residence located near Daegu Dong-gu B Park, Daegu-gu (hereinafter referred to as “C”) with the Defendant’s cell phone to the Internet sports earth site “C” in accordance with the pre-determined rate of distribution of various sports games held by the operator, and had the Defendant paid money from the said website to the account designated by the Defendant’s member “E with access to the Defendant’s name,” i.e., the NH Bank account in the name of the Defendant’s member, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 181,140,00 won deposited KRW 191,140,00 won in total at the account designated by the site operator, and received money from the Defendant’s game money in an amount equivalent to the money, and received dividends from the said website by 185,50,000 won in total through the above Defendant’s sports team’s account.

2. As indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant habitually carried out a private sports Saturday of KRW 380,674,50, total amount of money deposited and withdrawn over 309 times from November 8, 2014 to March 20, 2015, using handphones in the Defendant’s residence.
