The defendant is a group member of the dancing team, such as the victim B ( South, 16).

On March 12, 2017, around 18:15, the Defendant, at the first floor underground in the Daejeon Ne-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, 889, in order to dance with the victim in relation to string of ice cream, and at the same time, assaulted a part of the body of the Defendant, who was fluent with the victim at a later time than the agreed time.
