Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant embezzled, at the 'C' main point located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the victim D lost, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a credit card copy and returning it to the victim.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business, when settling KRW 140,000,000 at the same date and place as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant presented the credit card as if he was a lawful holder and signed on the sales slips to the employee F employed by the victim E who operated the above main points.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received alcoholic beverages of 140,000 won from the injured party, and used lost credit cards.

3.
