On March 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) around March 23, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle with at least 12 km away from the apartment parking lot in Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant’s home to the public parking lot located on the four-lane roads in the gira Park in the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul, the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul, at the seat of the Defendant, at around 06:20 on March 23, 2016.

2. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of 0.106% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the public parking lot listed in paragraph (1) around 00:00 on March 24, 2016 to the front day of Samsung Future Women’s Hospital located in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, for about 7km from the public parking lot listed in paragraph (1) around 00:35 on March 24, 2016.
