Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2012, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a car at 0.098% of alcohol concentration on blood, and around 5 km from the front side of the Han apartment road in the Handong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant driven a car at approximately 0.5m in front of the Handong-gu, Daegu-gu.
