1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 1, 2008 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. In Busan High Court Decision 2007Na6949 decided March 13, 2008, the court rendered a decision in lieu of conciliation that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 until May 31, 2008, and if the defendant delays the payment, he shall pay to the plaintiff the delay interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 1, 2008 to the date of full payment, adding damages for delay calculated at the rate of 10% per annum from June 1, 2008." This was finalized on April 1, 2008.
The instant lawsuit was filed for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
