1. The defendant,
A. The Plaintiff A’s KRW 40,800,000 per annum from July 1, 2014 to April 23, 2019; and the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from July 1, 2014 to April 23, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

According to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, among the respective claims of the plaintiffs, the part claiming damages for delay seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum from June 1, 2019.
