Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, upon receipt of a request to establish a legal entity in the Republic of Korea from the names and winners of Singapore (one name “E”, “F”, and “G”), and upon receipt of a request from Defendant B and C to establish a legal entity under the name of the respective names, upon entering the Republic of Korea, and establishing a legal entity in the said names, and suggesting that Defendant B and C transfer the means of access. The Defendant B and C accepted the request.
1. Defendant B
A. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the registration of incorporation and registration of business with the J-based company as if he/she had engaged in model management business through HI Accounting Corporation located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, which was introduced by A on May 21, 2015; (b) completed business registration around May 26, 2015; (c) around 15:00 on June 1, 2015; (d) opened two accounts (Account Number K and L) in the name of the said company at the corporate Samsung F&F branch located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (e) transferred the means of access to the said account and OTP organ to A immediately thereafter.
B. On June 3, 2015, the Defendant, around 16:00 on June 3, 2015, opened an account (Account Number M) in the name of the said company at the National Bank Samsung Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-ro 518, and transferred the means of access by immediately transferring the passbook to A.
2. Defendant C
A. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the registration of incorporation and registration of business with a N limited liability company as if he/she were to engage in a model management business through HI accounting corporation located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, which was introduced by A; (b) around May 26, 2015; (c) completed business registration around May 28, 2015; and (d) around June 15:00, 2015; (c) opened two accounts (Account NumberO, P) in the name of the said company at the 635 corporate banking point located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in the name of the said company; and (d) transferred the means of access to the said bank account and OTP product to A immediately thereafter.
