Defendants are not guilty.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. Defendant C1’s violation of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) was connected to the Kakao Stockholm conference room in a Buddhist place around 22:08 on March 14, 2016; the E Camp F and 20 students participated; and the fact that the victim G embezzleds MT expenses, despite the absence of the fact that the victim G embezzled, the victim’s embezzlement of MT expenses is required to show the following: (a) to the effect that the victim embezzled the MT expenses.

B. Defendant A1) The Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) from March 23, 2016 to December 15:12 of the same day connects the victim’s embezzlement of MT costs to the Kakao Stockholm room with the E Camp F and the 20 students participating in the 15:12 on March 23, 2016. The fact reveals that the victim embezzled MT costs even though there was no embezzlement by the victim’s G.
