1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 10, 2013 to June 17, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: An amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings to the Enforcement Decree shall apply the interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 shall apply.
