The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,282,00 as well as 6% per annum from January 10, 2019 to April 7, 2020 and the next day.

On December 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a waste disposal contract with the Defendant and the Defendant to dispose of waste (waste concrete) generated while constructing a building demolition in Namwon-si D.

The Plaintiff disposed of wastes at the construction site from December 21, 2018 to January 9, 2019 in accordance with the above waste entrustment contract, and the amount of waste entrustment disposal under the above contract is KRW 62,282,00.

On the other hand, on December 31, 2018, the Plaintiff received KRW 31 million from the Defendant as the price for the entrustment of waste treatment.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31,282,00 won (=62,282,000 won--31,000,000 won) for the remainder of waste entrustment disposal contract in accordance with the above waste entrustment contract, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from January 10, 2019 to April 7, 2020, which is the day following the due date for payment of the above payment order corresponding to the complaint, until April 7, 2020, and from the next day to the day of full payment.
