A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 12, 2018, and the sentence was finalized on September 20, 2018.

1. On August 2, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven B benz C220 cars with alcohol concentration of 0.197% during blood transfusion on August 2, 2018, and led the roads of two lanes in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul to go along one lane from the boundary of the Dong-dong.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to drive under the influence of alcohol, such as the state of walking, and the state of speech and behavior, which was driven while being unable to drive normally due to influence of alcohol, and led to the Defendant’s failure to drive under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant’s failure to stop in the same direction as the Defendant’s driver, and the part behind the Esch Rexton freight vehicle, which was driven on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as light chills, tensions, etc., which need to be treated for about two weeks.

2. Defendant 1 driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.197% from the 1km section of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul at the time of a day similar to the above paragraph 1.
