Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.

1. On January 23, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 by the Busan District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary Measures after Accidents);
