[criminal power] On April 11, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 21, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On June 24, 2019, at around 10:20, the Defendant was driving a 50-cc occ mera without registration without a license number plate owned by the Defendant without a driver’s license, on a road at approximately 700 meters away from the Defendant’s residence in Kimpo-si B to the direction of Kimpo-si at around the same time.

2. No owner of any motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road on which no mandatory insurance is subscribed;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned above.
