1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 20, 2018, the Defendants, via Defendant D, requested the Plaintiff, a licensed real estate agent, to sell five lots of forest land, including 793 square meters of forest land in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “instant forest land”).

B. Accordingly, the Plaintiff was engaged in the activities of posting the instant forest land in the Internet Kaf, etc. as a ticket, and Nonparty H, working in the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Young-si, Young-si, has contacted the Plaintiff to the effect that Nonparty H would report the above post and purchase and sell it.

C. Meanwhile, around June 2018, the Plaintiff introduced the buyer to the Defendants, but failed to conclude a sales contract as it did not meet the terms of sale, and thereafter, the Plaintiff did not actually act as an additional intermediary for selling the forest of this case.

Afterward, H introduced the Defendants to Nonparty I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) as the purchaser of the instant forest. On September 1, 2019, the Defendants sold the instant forest land to Nonparty Company.

On September 27, 2019, the non-party company completed the registration of transfer of ownership in its name with respect to the forest of this case according to the above sales contract.
