Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the duty of prohibition of drunk driving at least twice under the influence of alcohol.

[208] On January 5, 2020, at around 06:30 on January 5, 2020, the Defendant driven a B-hurd motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.078% under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the non-fluent land around the D Building in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si to the front day of the F entrance in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle without a license, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol more than twice in violation of the prohibition of drinking driving.
