Punishment of the crime

On October 16:15, 2013, at the entrance of the D Game Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul and the third floor, the Defendant brought an injury to the victim E (the age of 49) by putting the face of the victim into the floor for drinking and again putting the victim's face back to the floor for drinking, and then putting the victim's face back to the floor for drinking.
