A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1.(a)

On December 20, 2010, the Defendant: (a) sent the means of electronic financial transactions by displaying a notice stating that the Defendant purchases a passbook to the Internet website; (b) displaying the passbook, cash card, and password to the Defendant’s national bank account (B) from the Macheon-dong bus terminal in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu to the Dong Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), using high-speed bus service.

B. The Defendant is above the Defendant around January 26, 201.

In the same way as described in the paragraph, the passbook, cash card, and password of the defendant's national bank account (C) and the Japanese bank account (D) were transferred to the defendant by taking advantage of the high-speed bus home system from the Gwangjin-dong bus terminal in Gwangju-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul to the Dong Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with E or F, shall:

A. On January 8, 2011, at the skin located in Gwangju Mine-gu G, the victim H who made a false statement stating that he/she intends to develop a game character instead of the game character on an Internet site, and reported this false statement to the victim H that “to cultivate the game character instead of the game character,” and that he/she was defrauded by receiving a total of seven times from around that time to January 13, 201, total sum of KRW 28.5 million from the victim’s bank account (B, and C) in the name of the Defendant to the Defendant’s bank account (B, and C).

B. A around January 15, 201:

A false statement was made to the victim I who reported and contacted the same writing as the above, stating that the victim I would foster the I's game account to 52 leblbl level, and that in this context, 310,000 won was remitted from the victim to the national bank account (C) in the name of the defendant.
