Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant and victims C (the age of 51) are those working in the Korea Highway Corporation E business offices as employees of D companies, which are cooperation companies of the Korea Highway Corporation.

At around 06:00 on March 22, 2014, the Defendant and the victim requested other employees to take a leave of absence, which is the Defendant’s wife, who works in the same workplace for 8 hours at the E-business office located in F, and the employee requested other employees to work for 16 hours consecutively, with respect to a person who worked in the same workplace at the immediately preceding time, and the victim continued to work for 16 hours consecutively. However, the G listens to the fact that the victim did not have a precedent, and “I have given the approval of the president and given the consent of the substitute worker.”

On March 22, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) reported that G and the victim were dissatisfied with the foregoing reasons in E’s office; (b) assaulted the victim, who was taking a bath to “blue and dog”; (c) was faced with the victim’s face; and (d) was blue and face with the victim’s blue and face, etc. in the glass door; (b) around 08:50 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath view that the victim was in the second floor of E’s office and blue room; (c) blue the victim’s eye with the victim’s eye as they were with the victim’s finger and blue with the victim’s eye; and (d) assaulted the victim by using the victim’s blue and blue with the victim’s hair and blue with the hair’s hair and blue with the victim’s hair water.

Summary of Evidence

In light of the statement of H and I, the description of the injury diagnosis document, and the image of photograph, it is judged that the victim C's statement is reliable.
