A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 4, 2018, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) stated that on the second floor of the studio building located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant was able to walk the 201 entrance door door to the victim’s room; (b) the victim opened the front door door and hallways with the victim’s hand in the corridor, she spons the victim’s seat with the floor and drinking, she 3 times at around 201; and (c) the fire extinguisher, which is a dangerous object in the corridor, she took a dangerous object in the corridor; and (d) the indictment of this case on the part of the victim’s left shoulder, she took the victim’s right shoulder by putting the victim’s fire extinguisher. 2.
